Understanding Panic Disorder: No Reason Necessary

I had my psychiatrist ask me the other day what brought on a panic attack I was telling her about. Seemed shocked there was no reason. Apparently she doesn't understand panic disorder doesn't need a reason.

Right they be telling me "there's always a reason" like I'm sorry but there's not. I can be having a great time and then I'm flooded with panic
