I have been trying to figure out about the blood flow. So far I learned that the problem with our blood flow is not in the arteries but in the veins. Veins have valves that open and close, so the blood doesn’t come back down due to gravity. Every time I bend down my head feels like heavy and “bloated”. As soon as I get upright my head feels normal again. I really want to understand this, so I can figure out to find a way to improve/heal that process. Of course can’t count on doctors. They say has no cure and push pills. What do you think ?
