What have y’all done that isn’t generally prescribed, but still helped? i do yoga and take vitamins but i feel like i’m flared more than not

      people are skeptical, but personally essential oils have helped me a lot. maybe it’s placebo, but nevertheless i’d say give it a shot and see if it helps u too 💕

      yess thank you. i have a heated blanket and i use deep blue/lidocaine rollers and they help a ton

      So the main thing for me has been making sure I sleep right - so I got prescribed trazodone off label to help me sleep, and then I got a sleep study done and found out I have sleep apnea. Basically when I sleep poorly, I feel terrible and flare constantly.

      Depends, be checked for vitamin deficiency, mostly b and d plus and a full thyroid test (free t3 and t4). (For muscle tightness and pain) Myofascial trigger point injection using a numbing solution works best, stay away from steroid injections, could lead to muscle damage. If you can get your hands on it psychedelic mushrooms and ketamine work well in a controlled setting to help with anxiety and depression.
