Uncomfortable Physical Symptoms and Panic Attacks

Has anyone had internal shaking stomach burning inside maybe the muscle and breathing like frozen air into you with every breath so uncomfortable makes me need to sit and cry until i can control it sometimes i get a panic attack. These symptoms can sometimes have light headed Ness or dizzy as well.

Yep and it bothers me so much that all test come back normal… it’s like HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???!!! 😖😖😖 I get this tight feeling around my chest/ribs too .. I just try to lay down & relax with a heating pad because there’s really nothing else to do

yes i get that too what about throat closing and like a stabbing pain in the middle of ur back?
