Uncomfortable Knee Pain Since December

I have had an uncomfortable feeling in my knee since december. it feels as if there is something under my kneecap like bubbles or marbles. it causes me a lot of pain and it id very difficult to walk. has anyone else had a similar experience and know what it could be?

I have that issue, my physical therapist says it's arthritis and wear on my joint
