I can't describe it but there's a weird feeling in my throat, I used to get it quite a bit but it went away. ever since I started drinking water more regularly, it started up again. it's really uncomfortable and kinds hurts and won't go away. I tried drinking water but it didn't help.

It very much could be. I am drinking water and hot cocoa rn and that seems to be helping though

Could it be trapped gas? I have this weird throat tightness/ discomfort that feels like someone is kind of stepping on my esophagus and it is SO distressing. I discovered that it is part of my digestive issues. I don’t have it diagnosed yet but if I drink bubbly water and take gas x it helps me burp and it relieves the pain
