Ultrasounds on Kidneys and Renal Artery, Echocardiogram - Any Advice?

New here. Getting ultrasounds on my kidneys and renal artery as well as an echocardiogram soon. any advice or experience?

Hey there, I’ve had an echocardiogram as well as plenty of ultrasounds. They’re totally painless for most people, though they may need to push harder on your body with the wand to get certain images, in which case you might feel uncomfortable or a bit achy afterwards. I’d be sure to ask them if there is any procedure or preparation you should follow before going into the examination, otherwise I do not think you need to worry about it 💛💛💛

Have cysts on my kidneys forever. But now my blood work for my kidneys is way off. So now she wants to do a kidney biopsy. Has anyone had this done

thanks everyone who has commented. im sure it will hurt just a little because i have severe fibromyalgia but it does make me feel better that you’ve shared your experience (sort of.) :) 💕
