Ugh... Nothing so far. Tbh I'm pretty unhealthy about it because I have ADHD as well and forget to do literally anything that might help. I even forget to drink water. I just found an app yesterday called finch someone here recommended that reminds you to do little things like breathing exercises, drinking water, whatever goals you want to achieve. It's entirely free so far, but I only bring this up because eating more fiber, drinking a whole lot of water, and stress reduction is supposed to help a lot.

Nothing. I’m at the point where I just have to take laxatives every few days to induce a BM. My ibs-c is complicated by my endometriosis and it makes it much worse
