I do as well! It definitely correlates to my cycle and exercise, like already mentioned, but also how hydrated I am/ what I’ve been eating!

I definitely feel like I bounce between the two. It usually depends on my activity level and my menstrual cycle. If I’m working out regularly I’m more insulin sensitive, if I sit around being lazy I’m more resistant. And I’m more resistant right before my period.
