Connecting with other Type 1 Diabetics

hi everyone! i’m really happy to have an app like this because I feel like I don’t run into many t1d’s. if we matched and u aren’t type one diabetic i’m more than happy to still be friends! I love being able to relate and give advice since this disease truly isolating. I’ve found that t1d has tremendously impacted my mental health. I am curious to see how ur diagnosis affected you if you were old enough to remember.

i use the tandem, i used to have the omnipod, but i never truly "took care of myself" during that time. but thank you!

hi! im also t1d, i was diagnosed 12 years ago, i just remember being scared to eat. now more than ever im scared of my body, as ive had severe low reactions in my past

I totally get it having diabetes is like the most unpredictable thing. and i’ve been getting rashes from my adhesives so i’m also physically not doing great
