Struggling with Finding Romantic Relationships with Turner Syndrome

Hi there! Kind of a personal question, but does anyone else out there struggle with finding romantic relationships and feeling attraction to others? I feel like all of my friends naturally feel “sparks” with someone and that’s just not how I am. I’m curious if this can somehow be related to Turner syndrome and the impact it has on our hormones.

I don’t usually feel attracted to someone based on looks I tend to feel more attracted to someone when I have a close bond with them not sure but think the term for that is demisexual

I've never felt "sparks" or an immediate connection either. I get crushes and feel romantic attraction (I currently have a long term partner) but I don't "click" with people. Getting to know someone is a painstakingly long and awkward process. it takes a lot of effort for me to be comfortable with people. its both a blessing and a cruse because while I dont have many friends, the ones I do have are life-long!

If you have never experienced romantic attraction you may be aromantic (which is a type of romantic orientation). If you're concerned it is about hormones, I can't stop you from going to the doctor about it. I am aromantic and in my case it is not because of my TS to my knowledge. My hormones were even okay. But who knows. Your situation might be different.
