TTC for over a year, struggling with body changes

Is anyone TTC? I have been ttc for over a year now, which means over a year without birth control and my body is not tolerating it well. What did your path to motherhood look like? I’d love to chat about this if someone else understands the situation.

Yes my symptoms and flares have been so much worse since starting to ttc. I want a baby so desperately I’m willing to try anything and everything. But IVF is so expensive and I don’t know how to afford it :(

We did letrozol and clomid with no avail. I’ve also found that my endo symptoms and flare ups have been worse since starting fertility treatments. Have they suggested moving forward/is that something you would be willing to try?

I have been seeing an RE for over 7 months. I’ve been on letrozol for 8 cycles and no positives.

We ended up seeing a reproductive endocrinologist after a year of trying. We got pregnant on the 2nd IUI and miscarried at 8 weeks. We opted to move on to IVF after that, 1st embryo transfer also ended in miscarriage. I tested positive for APS which is most likely the cause for the losses (my blood attacks the baby). I am now being treated for that and had our 2nd transfer last month. It will be 3 years in May that we have been TTC. Hoping this is the one! I do firmly believe I wouldn’t have gotten pregnant without assistance since it’s been so long, but that may not be the case for you. It’s hard to say because everyone is different.
