      @labestia I'm sorry about that I have neuropathy or my friend thinks it's my back that is causing me pain in my body all over but I might find out soon I hope

      it was wierd for me im 39 amd i went to my doctor and she told me that i was good my numbers were good and on my 6 month check up she said well your type 2 diabetic. After that i got depressed and instead of figthing i gave up and let go i got to 310 pounds. It wasnt until i saw that incould not be therenwith my kids that i started to fast and im down to 260 im still working on myself but yes i have a bunch of serious conditions like high blood pressure, high colesterol, sleep apnea, psoriasis, but slow and steady im working on improving myself

      nice I can't fast I get hungry a lot so I think I need to eat every day 3 times a day and snack at times I have lost weight but I don't know if that was good or bad I was 145 now I'm 135 I'm only 5.3 feet tall I'm a little short compared to my family I'm 42 just got diagnosed this year on Easter weekend they took my gallbladder out then told me I'm diabetic a few months later I found out that I'm type 2

      Just wanted to know what you do about your diabetes I'm type 2 I take 2 types of insulin one in the morning for all day and one each meal for fast acting insulin and take pills?

        @Onyx550 i take metforming pill and trulicity injection once a week, I also do internitten fasting for 12 hours every day or i have had issues doing itnon the weekend, but bybdoing thisnive lost 30 pnds which has help me be more active
