Anyone have advice on trying for kids with endo? I've been on birth control for years now and it manages my symptoms well, but now I'm married and eventually want a family. I would like to at least try to conceive naturally, but am concerned about going off the pill because the pain will come back. Is there any way to manage the pain and still be able to try for kids?

Hey there I know this can be difficult to go thought and a bit scary. I hope I might be able to help just a bit. I have talked to my Dr about this many times and she said that if you take a low from of birth control that isn't as affected it could help. With more error in the pill it helps with becoming pregnant but keeping some of the endo pain down. But of course consult your Dr before changing any meds. I hope I was a little helpful!!!

I’m in the same boat as you. I went off the pill about 3 months ago and I am trying to conceive naturally. The pain definitely got worse when I came off the pill, and I also notice random, mid-month flare ups of pain even after my period is over now that I’m off the pill. It’s not fun but I’m willing to give it a few months in the hopes that I might be able to conceive. 🙏
