Someone told me breath in 5 seconds breath out 5 seconds breath in between I don’t know if it works but it’s there I don’t have slot of problem sleeping me it’s napping all day because I fall asleep easy.

Have you tried counting your out-breaths? They are linked to your parasympathetic nervous system and will help you relax. Get comfy and a pleasant temperature. Watch yourself breathing and count your out breaths, up to ten. If your mind wanders or you find yourself counting beyond ten just go back to one and begin again. It's important to be kind to yourself. Try it and let me know how you get on.
