yes absolutely. in order to sleep i need a sleep mask so no light can come through, trazadone 300mg, and listening to scary stories on youtube (shoutout to mrcreepypasta). there’s plenty of different podcasts that tell stories (scary or not) that you can listen to as you fall asleep. i like it because when i lay down my mind just races like crazy but when im listening to a story it’s just one thing to focus on

@kittyflies87 same. I just tried “pink noise” for the first time. Not for me. Gonna give meditation a go

Things that have helped me sleep, a story by me. Reading a simple book (simple meaning not complicated plot or language), doing YouTube videos of guided sleep meditation, melatonin, YouTube videos of rain (or beach or whatever. I pick backstreet ones.), meditation - leaves on a stream is a great guided if you need guided (ADHD here....I need guided), loona, and using lavender scents. Plus I'm sure more. Biggest thing is I have a to vary stuff up. It's taken me decades to figure this all out, and it doesn't work 100% of the time. But like 85%.

@Mazzyllene I love water and rain.. so maybe the sounds of rain would help me. I'm sure like u said YouTube may have something on there
