Trouble getting prescribed pain medication

Has anyone been having trouble in getting their pain medication? I have been on Tramadol for a long time. Just recently my pharmacy has blocked me from getting the amount that the doctor has prescribed. I was able to get the amount prescribed during the pandemic with no problem. All of a sudden I am not allowed my prescribed amount.

Yes I have been having problems I’ve been taking Tramadol for so many years it makes me really sick anymore and my insurance will not cover my new pain medication hydrocodone 5/325s and was able to use good RX then the pharmacy said they was no longer going too honor good RX for that medication anymore making the $89.00 a bottle of 90 out of my price range With Good RX it was $32.00 I use to be on hydrocodone 10/650s but they stopped making them ten years ago I can’t see how half the dosage is supposed to be better oh well 🤔

I live in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, our Congress decided that they would pass an opioid law that puts a lot of blame to overdoses back on the prescribing doctor. So, of course, most doctors are afraid to prescribe anything. The senator that pushed for this law said this would decrease opioid deaths. The only thing it has done is make life impossible for people with chronic pain disorders. Since the law was passed there has been 14,508 MORE opioid deaths!
