      Hello - asthmatic here. But my anxiety also just in general makes me stop when I get to freaked out or surprised. Which leads to a panic attack which leads to an asthma attack

      I do have shortness of breath when I have panic attacks. My wife has asthma and she told me when I have breathing problems to stick my face into a freezer and breathe the cold air. It will shock the system long enough to help it right itself, and it does work for me.
