Does anyone else get trigger point injections? How long do they effect you, mine last about 1-2 days.

        @Blinky The way my doctor explained it to me is he finds where a muscle pinches a nerve and injects it with lidocaine, it helps numb the muscle and relax it.

      Same but my last round was sore for over a week. I think that they are helping though so I want to keep going

        @Knightstarr that’s exactly how I feel. I stopped getting them for at least two months and I was in the worst pain yet.
