No but I had heard some information about stem cell research and I wondered if anyone else had heard anything along the line, I definitely do a lot of PT and I’ve tried acupuncture and what’s called cupping therapy both provided somewhat short term relief. I think the most effective thing that has worked for me is seeing a good pain management specialist. @smoky_fred

In my experience, the only treatment I get that really makes an impact is low impact muscle-strengthening exercise, with proper guidance of course. Do you have any recommendations?
