The only treatment that’s worked for me is Gabapentin, and that’s really only gotten my pain from an 8 to a 6. But a 6 is much more manageable on a daily basis than an 8 so it’s absolutely worth it. Hope you find something that works for you! The fibro manual by Dr. Ginevra Liptan has a lot of suggestions if you’re a reader. There’s a stretching routine in the book that helps when I get really stiff

@Chesbro99 it’s actually an infusion, like an iv. Since fibromyalgia is a nervous system problem, this gets the lidocaine right to your nervous system. It’s like a chill pill for your nerves. It worked for me for about two weeks. But there is a supply shortage of it right now, which makes it difficult. But it has worked for me. Worth looking into. I get it from the local university (I’m lucky to have a good medical school nearby.)
