Seeking Advice on Treatment Options

Is there a certain kind of specialist I should seek out? Are there other treatment options that might help me?

The best thing to do for ur foot drop is use that foot as much as possible. Even if u can’t move ur foot manually move it do ankle pumps . If u wear a brace when u get home take it off & use that foot as much as possible. My injury happened almost 9 years ago & I exercise my foot everyday. I have some mobility back not much but my drs. Advice was to keep exercising it. I literally have to move my foot with my hand cuz it won’t move in certain ways anymore. Keep trying don’t give up & u can see a neurosurgeon or neurologist they can do a TENDON TRANSFER for u if ur drop foot happened within the last 6 months to a year. There is only a certain window of time they can do this the earlier the better. Let me know how things go for u. God bless & stay strong 💕
