I was recently diagnosed with H. Pylori. I chose not to take antibiotics as I had been on a cycle of antibiotics for other health issues and I could tell that my immune system was shot because I kept getting sick with something else. I decided to do acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine (something I’ve done regularly throughout my life) to see if I could eradicate the infection naturally and as a last resort- take the antibiotics. For 12 days I took the prescribed herbs with acupuncture sessions and 2 weeks after I finished i retested - H. pylori is gone. I have adjusted my diet to build a stronger gut and also pre/probiotics to flourish the good bacteria.

What supplements and herbs were you taking. I keep getting reinfected, and when I begin eating I always feel horrible. Which I believe is a result from low stomach acid that h pylori causes

That’s amazing! Was your hpylori diagnosed via endoscopy? How did you know it was eradicated and what herbs did you take?
