I have found for myself that ADHD coaching gives me tools, but without medication, my tools are locked up in the toolbox. Is there a certain reason you don't want to take meds? Or maybe they don't work for you?

While I take medication for my ADHD and always have, I found the support of an ADHD coach to be extremely helpful in combination with my meds. ADHD meds mostly improve focus but ADHD affects so much more than just concentration. A coach/therapist/doctor specialized in ADHD can help things like disorganization, time management, social skills etc by working with you to create routines, setting goals, holding you accountable to the and more.

Another option that’s newer, yet more expensive, is something called Brillia, look into it!

The easiest is by ordering Adrafinil online, it’s easy to find and cheap, and yes what it breaks down into was a prescription at one point, however it’s used for ADHD OTC cause it’s easy to buy online.
