I’ve had many different sleep patterns but at it’s worst is when I try to sleep and then toss and turn for 4-5 hours straight and get maybe 1-2 hours of junk sleep. Asked my psychiatrist for a sleep aid and gave me this and it makes such a difference. I played around with the dose because not enough and it doesn’t really help but too much and I was really groggy and low energy in the morning for quite a while. Being consistent about when you take it and trying to sleep at the same time every night helps too. But now I mostly sleep straight through and only have bad nights sometimes.

I've been taking trazodone for sleep for a few years now and in my experience it's been amazingly helpful. I even feel like it lessens my general day to day anxiety (maybe because I'm sleeping better)

I have for many years. I don't have the sleep problems I used to have, but it really helps my anxiety now.
