Traveling with Chronic Pain: Tips for a Successful Trip

Any advice for traveling with all other widespread pain? I am DETERMINED to not let this pain stop me (21 years old) and so I signed up for a 3 week research project in Spain and I leave Sunday. I’m very concerned about the plane ride and walking a lot when I am there. Tips would be appreciated!

I carry Voltaren in my bag, though you would have to put it in a smaller container to take it actually on the plane. But it works really well. I also recommend shock absorbing insoles in your shoes. I used them when I went to Disney World and they really helped with the walking.
