For IBS-M be sure to have extra clothes if you have the runs or something to help with the painful constipation. Heating pads or heatable snuggle buddy's are something I find useful for my IBS and chronic pain. I hope you enjoy your trip.

Single use ice packs for if it gets too hot, lots of sitting, pain patches, and looking up the map of the airports for bathrooms would be my suggestions.

Some tips for traveling with POTS, fibromyalgia, and IBS include packing a care kit with electrolyte chews, OTC meds, first-aid supplies, protein snacks, a pulse-ox, BP cuff, and liquid IV. Stay hydrated and take rest periods when needed. Use mobility aids at rest stops or walking through the airport if necessary. For IBS-D, consider taking Imodium before leaving and practice breathing exercises to manage anxiety. For fibromyalgia, bring pillows for comfort and consider using shock-absorbing insoles in your shoes. Always listen to your body and give yourself opportunities to rest.
