I 100% understand, my Ibs makes me miss more than just work but family events or even just going on a simple date with my fiance our dates consist of doing something at home now a days. Not sure how bad or what type of Ibs you have but some people have had luck with a low food map diet. Myself took it further and cut out all food except for one thing and then added food slowly back in. (I still have bad symptoms) But that's not to say it wouldn't help you out. You're not alone in this. đź’•

Things that help me: 1. Digestive advantage probiotics and multi-enzyme 2. Eating “for heat” and not seeing food as a threat 3. Relaxing 4. Eating things I may be afraid to. 5. Massaging my stomach (I have scar tissue build up constricting my bowels) 6. Stretching (especially hanging or pull ups) 7. Coffee (in moderation) for when I have a lot of dysbiosis and need to flush my system 8. Avoiding too much physical stress 9. Avoiding chemicals in my food or additives or even vitamins I remember in college I wouldn’t leave and now I can finally go out. I stopped eating paleo and feel a lot better for it. I was already thin and realized I was starving myself. Like kwashiorkor starving myself… Anyhow… Try things. Bless
