I can totally relate. Due to my PCOS and trial and error with different medications (which caused weight gain) I was diagnosed with T2D at the midst of the pandemic. It was really stressful coping with all the changes in our day to day world along with another diagnosis. But with good management and lots of patience I continue to work on hopefully reversing it. Hang in there everyone!

On a positive note, you caught your diabetes early, now take control of it. I'm 35 with failing kidneys

Definitely feel the same way but it sort of runs on my dad's side so it was only a matter of time for me although my type 2 was medically induced so who knows

I am the exact same way. I’ve been diagnosed since I was 16 (February 2021).. been pretty ashamed to talk or open up about it out of embarrassment. Been trying my hardest tho.

Yup. I’m only 31 and had gestational diabetes in 2017 while pregnant with my son. I was ignorantly noncompliant and it evolved into type 2. Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. It really just sucks. But then again, If I had taken care of myself I wouldn’t be in this predicament

I feel the same way, I'm 32 and I was diagnosed at 27 with type two. Plus I have high blood pressure and peripheral neuropathy along with it. Sometimes I wish I could turn the clock back.
