Tolerance buildup on Concerta
does anybody else notice tolerance buildup over time (concerta starting to work less and less)? i'm on 36mg twice daily, which is the max dose (72 mg i think, i'm bad at math). it helped me a lot but now it stopped, and i don't know what to do

I have been taking Concerta 54mg for over 10 years, I know take a 10mg Ritalin as a boost twice a day.
Concerta 54mg + Ritalin 10mg first thing in the morning
Mid afternoon I take the other Ritalin 10mg
I have developed a lot of compensatory skills (behavioral). In my experience it us 15% medication + 85% behavioral change is what manages my ADD well
