I’m completely lost. I have Temoralmandibular Disorder. I’ve tried numerous anxiety, muscle relaxers, and antidepressants to see if it could help with my TMJ pain. They think it might be a problem with my muscles contracting. I tried Botox (which made it worse), meds, ouid🍃, pt, mouth guards/splints, etc. The feeling is an intense pressure that builds the more stressed I am. The pressure causes tensions headaches, dizziness, fatigue, and numerous other pains. Nothing has given me long term relief, and I’m only getting worse. I’ve tried head and neck doctors, 5 specialists (even the head of UofM), dentists, and a physicians assistant for meds. Anyone have a similar experience or tips? Anything will help. I need to get the pain down soon because I need my wisdom teeth removed, and am super behind in life due to the set back. Ty
