First thing is first…. If your jaw isn’t in place then nothing can really help unless it’s muscle relaxers…. Cutting out stress factors helped me a lot &earning to set my jaw back in place as well as face yoga for mobility & a deep gua sha pressure release

Weed? I just move my jaw left to right until it unlocked as much as I can but try massaging where the jaws connect every day and a doctor told me it should help

I've had some luck with a theragun? Dont apply directly on the jaw hinge, but nearby on the neck and under the chin. Theraguns are pretty strong so try it on your limbs before you go near your face!
