I have my TMJ consultation Thursday! I’m so excited to finally get this ball rolling lol! After 2 doctors and 3 years I’m hoping this doctor will be the one that finally works out!

Tmj usually a jaw split I was given jaw exercises because of underlying conditions, cut back on caffeine, eat softer food, no popcorn, don't chew gum. That's what I suggest from the packet I got for tmj.

  @hydroepilepic21 i was given jaw exercises and they are looking at my x-rays/beam (i can’t remember what it was called) from a few years ago. my doctor recommended a splint which i hope will help, i clench really really bad and the flimsy drugstore night guard i have just keeps my teeth from grinding, but everything is so expensive when it comes to TMJ lol!
