Hello! I was wondering if anyone has TMJ and also had braces? I was wondering if it’s a procedure I should be considering

      @TunaGoon This helps me so much thank you!! I really appreciate the response, I think I’ll end up going with it because I do want to improve my jaw in the end. It’s covered by insurance luckily

      I have TMJ, braces seemed to help a little. I think it may be because my teeth sit together more comfortably now.

        @TunaGoon Just be extra aware of how the adhesive is affecting your teeth/enamel. I have scars and had my braces off early. Full disclosure, I brushed but I didn't use the little brush to go under the wire and clean around each bracket properly. I don't know if that would have helped or not.
