i take citalopram(20mg) and buspirone(5mg 4x daily) and i am so tired all day long, i often fall asleep for an hour or two throughout the day and i still sleep through the night. i try to stay away from caffeine because i’m scared of increasing my anxiety:/ anyone else have this problem? any tips?
