Tired of Taking Meds: My Psychiatrist Isn't Helping

I'm so tired of taking meds. I'm on 17 different ones right now, and I take so many at a time. I've been taking meds for years. I feel like my psychiatrist just adds meds and doesn't bother to actively manage them. My epilepsy meds I have to take forever and that's fine. But I have such low energy and I don't feel like things are working. You have to check in with me more than every six months, bud.
