      gradually lessen your intake over a few weeks and then stop and chewing gum helps people sometimes and so can lollipops or popsicles if it’s the feeling of having something in your mouth, and set your mind to it, if you don’t want to do it it’s not gonna work, goodluck and remember that you’re strong :)

      Either gradually quit or put it all down at once. I know it can be hard but it’s possible. You may fail at times but keep trying! Remind yourself why you want to quit and how it’ll be better that way.

      I cut down gradually over a few weeks and then finally just quit. That’s after a few failed attempts. Don’t give up!

      I have a friend who managed to completely quit and he said that it relied heavily on getting rid of the temptation and surrounding yourself with people who know your goal. By telling people you’re going to quit, most people will work harder towards it because it’s embarrassing to fail.
