      Try to stay active for most of the day by walking around or even just doing simple exercises while watching tv or something. That way it’s healthy too!

      Cut your calories in half for the day. Any meal you would eat just eat half. Limit your bad choices to 1 daily and drink lots of water. 2-3lbs is possible to lose in a short time. Its all about being in a deficit
