I take it mostly two times a day, sometimes even three if my anxiety is bad. So far I've been happy with it and it helps with my anxiety/insomnia but it also makes me dissociate sometimes

mine is a take twice a day took it into 5mg to start with. You can just take another pill if your anxiety is bad? I was prescribed because my panic attacks are getting out of hand.
