Tips for Working with Severe PNES?

hey, does anyone have any tips for how to work with severe PNES? I'm really struggling to find a job that I can work while having multiple seizures daily.

I started a hybrid job and it has been wonderful for managing my seizures, I go in person for one day a week and do the rest from home. I work in Communications and design, there might be a job that aligns with your skills. I would use the terms hybrid or remote when searching online if you're interested. There are also fully remote jobs if you prefer to be in a safe space as much as possible.

I have FND which can include PNES and I second this. Also for me, my symptoms are worse in the morning and late at night, so I try and schedule class, work, and shopping between 1 and 8. I also have a sandwich bag of the meds I might need when I’m out of the house that goes in whatever bag I’m taking.
