Tips for using dexamethazone for stress doses

I’m new to taking dexamethazone. Any tips on using it for stress doses? When to do it and when not to.

That's a hard one. Most people are on Hydrocortisone and fludrocortisone so you adjust your hydrocortisone dose not your fludrocortisone. What's your taking has both and you do not want to take too much fludrocortisone. Ask your doctor
