I pair taking my meds with other things I do regularly. I take my first morning medication as soon as I wake up, my second medication when I eat breakfast, and my nighttime meds before I brush my teeth at night.

I use an app called round and alarms. Sticky notes too if my routine changed recently.

Well if i don't take my morning meds it's very noticable, so if i feel bad it reminds me. For evening i have an alarm on my watch that really helps
