does any one have any good tips on motivation to exercise. I love working out an I know I'll highly benefit by it but I just haven't been able to get myself to do it. Is it because I'm too stressed and tired? Is it because I have an exhausting hot long bus ride home with a large amount of work to complete? How do I healthy count my calories and burned calories without getting back into my eating habits?
