Tips for Reducing Handwriting Pain During Exams

Does anyone have tips on how to make writing by hand hurt less? I have exams coming up in a few months and idk if "my joints suck" is enough to get an accommodation on that front

I would look into ring splints for helping with writing, they have helped me so much when writing by keeping my joints/thumbs in place! My fav store to buy from is Zebra Splints. If by computer ends up being the only option for you, I would try using a vertical mouse to help with lessening pain online. Hope that helps!

Can you use a computer? If that’s easier for you and you have diagnosis that shows you’re joints are affect the accommodations have to be met.
