I'm gonna cut to the chase. I'm moving out soon, I'm working with a disability network to help me get on my feet and move into an apartment for (maybe) semi-independent living. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks for when they first moved? Maybe advice? Anything would help as I'm a bit nervous.

I need advice for this too! moving out this weekend but with no supports. One of my big saviours while living between home and this place though has been a kettle in my room, its easily accessible and has so many uses for when everything is too much :)
