tips and tricks for handling stress? I currently do yoga, journaling, meditation, breathing exercises, long walks, medication, several herbal supplements, and tried cognitive behavioral therapy but couldn't afford it.

          @Niz dialectical behavioral therapy, it's often used for BPD but can also help with anxiety / depression, it focuses on skills building to deal with distress and hard emotions

        @Ally95 I've been looking for something therapeutic to do with my hands, I'm a very hands on person. But my hands (for unknown reasons) lock up on me if I get cold or the weather gets bad. And when they aren't they hurt rather quickly. So I'm kinda struggling with that. Lol but knitting might be a fun thing that won't be too bad on my hands.
