Tips for Managing Nausea on Topiramate?

Hey so I'm only on topiramate rn and have been on it for years but I've always been prone to nausea and dizziness. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for how they deal with it? BC it's gotten to the point where I'm not eating most of the time unless extremely hungry and when I do I feel so sick after a few bites. Are there any foods that you feel don't trigger nausea or help mitigate it?

I got metoclopramide to help chill out my nausea but I was only getting nauseous every few days so it may not be strong enough. Pickles are the home remedy for nausea and they do usually get my stomach feeling better if I’m having a particularly bad day.

It great that that worked for you, in pretty against taking medication in general (I try to avoid it) but I'll definitely try the pickles. Thanks.
