This is my first time on this app, so I wanted to ask what everyone does to manage life in general?

Medication definitely, I have the wombo combo of Zoloft and Wellbutrin But also routines work really well for me, basic things that I'm able to control and make consistent, I make sure to always take my meds at consistent parts of the day and keep them visible in spots that I'd interact with during those times With panic attacks specifically it's been a slow process of learning my limits, trying to learn how to speak up and exit a situation to try to calm before it becomes full panic mode

Medication helps, but the main thing probably has to be keeping my mind busy. Always trying to do something. Whether it be cleaning, gaming, exercising, writing, cooking, etc. I very rarely let myself have enough time to think about the stress and anxiety that would normally overwhelm me, as well as past traumas. However, I do occasionally like to do some meditation with some music, and do some breathing exercises from time to time. Another thing is forcing myself to talk to others and not just self isolate, I'm really bad at that, so even if I don't want to, I'll force myself to talk to someone, whether it be a good friend or a family member.

I have taken like over a dozen different kinds of meds in my life. The one that helps a lot is Olanzapine (Zyprexa). It helps with my anxiety and panic attacks.

Definitely my med cocktail (Vyvanse, Prozac, Wellbutrin, Risperdal, Lamictal, hydroxyzine, Klonopin) as well mindfulness practice and therapy (DBT/ACT) and my puppers of course.

This is a very expected answer but medication. I couldn't manage my life at all until i found the right combo for me (zoloft, buspirone, and strattera)

medication definitely helps me too. Also, self-care, support from this who are close to me, talk therapy, massage, chiropractic adjustments.
