For me, I try to balance cardio with weight training. While cardio is important, it's also important to ensure that your muscles are maintained. As for diet, try to stick to mostly healthy foods, but give yourself allowance for some cheat days. You should also do some research on foods and good workouts that you feel you can stick to <3
