I have lost quite a bit lately. I did a sensitivity study with my pcp and found that if I cut out grains and limited my milk I would digest food better. About the only exercise I get is stretching and walking my service dog. It's not much, just enough to keep me going. I tried just about everything before I changed my eating habits. Now I am losing about 10lbs a month... good for me, but not for most people. Just be careful to do what you can without depriving yourself.

These are things that work for me, I started a slight diet change, I avoid breads as a lot of my family can't have starchy things to begin with. But I've also cut down my portion sizes. I eat more filling things like a little more proteins in replacement. Most importantly exercise is good, even simple stretches can help. Beginners yoga poses are amazing. It's not too demanding on the body and it doesn't leave you feeling like you're muscles have been manhandled by a lobster
